Le Watch Buyers offers a 7-day return window on all eligible transactions from the date the item is received. The watch must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, with original packaging and all accompanying documentation. To initiate a return, contact us within that window at support@lewatchbuyers.com or (917) 728-7999. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Custom orders and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Our return policy governs situations where a transaction needs to be unwound — whether that involves a watch purchased through our platform, a deal that needs to be reversed, or a case where we’ve acquired a watch and the terms of the transaction are disputed.
We take the condition, authenticity, and documented history of every watch seriously. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair to both parties in any transaction, and we encourage sellers and buyers alike to reach out to us directly at the first sign of any issue rather than waiting.
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and could delay your refund significantly. A quick call or email is all it takes to get the process started — we typically respond within one business day.
Return Eligibility
Not all items or situations qualify for a return. Review the criteria below before initiating a request.
- Item returned within 7 days of the date received
- Watch is in the same condition as when received — unworn, undamaged, unaltered
- All original packaging is included (box, papers, hang tags, warranty card)
- All original documentation is present and unmodified
- Return has been pre-authorized by Le Watch Buyers in writing
- Watch has not been serviced, sized, or otherwise worked on by a third party since receipt
- Return request made after 7 days from date of receipt
- Item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not present at time of transaction
- Original box, papers, or documentation are missing, damaged, or defaced
- Items sold as Final Sale — these are non-returnable at point of sale
- Custom-configured or special-order items
- Items where the watch has been resized, polished, or serviced after receipt
Luxury watches are high-value items where condition directly affects market value. Any watch returned in a condition materially different from when it was received — including missing links, replaced straps, or evidence of polishing — will be subject to a restocking or condition adjustment fee, or may be rejected entirely. We photograph and document every watch before it changes hands precisely to protect both parties in these situations.

From the moment we receive your returned watch, here is what to expect:
In most cases, approved returns are resolved well within 10 business days of our receiving the item. If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days from our confirmed receipt, please contact us directly — we will investigate immediately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party unless the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, material misrepresentation on our end). We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment for the full value of the watch — we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale
Certain transactions are explicitly designated as non-returnable at the time they are completed. These include:
